Bumps, Babies, & Pets | Vancouver Photographer
Can I include my pet in our session? The answer is YES! We love including all members of the family in your sessions, including the furry ones. Another benefit to our mobile photography studio is that you can easily include your pets without having bring them and a newborn to a studio (not all locations allow pets either).
Why We Love Natural Light Photography | Vancouver Newborn Photographer
When choosing a photographer, asking yourself what type of lighting they use is important. Lighting has a lot to do with how your images will look and what style they’ll represent. We love natural lighting for our newborn sessions not only because it’s conducive to in-home sessions, but because it provides depth, texture and feeling to your images, so we can capture these special moments for you as authentically as possible.
Olympic Village Newborn Session | Vancouver Baby Photographer
It’s been so amazing to be able to capture so many families this winter with in-home sessions (although we still had some great outdoor maternity sessions over the winter!). Moving into Spring, I’m excited for more outdoor sessions at the beach or at a meadow with grassy fields. Yet still, there is something about in-home sessions that I absolutely love and the best part is we can do them all year, for all types of sessions.
Newborn Photography at Home | Downtown Vancouver, BC | Kim Forrester
Client’s often worry that their homes are too small or too messy for an in-home session, but I’m here to tell you that we’ve never had a home we can’t work with.
Burnaby Maternity Photography | In-Home Session
One thing I love about traveling to families’ homes for their maternity photos is that we can get those more intimate, personal photos that show a bit more skin and a bit more personality. A studio session can sometimes feel intimidating, but doesn’t have to when we come to you!
Baby Girl Newborn Session | Kim Forrester Photography
Baby photo ideas for newborn girls are often full of stereotypical flowers and cutsie props. For a feminine spin to neutral, simple photos, I love using a touch of soft pink and a delicate headband.
At-Home Newborn Photo Ideas | Kim Forrester Photography
When searching for “newborn photographer near me”, remember there’s another option: a mobile photographer who can do an in-home newborn session!
In-home Newborn Session with Siblings | Mobile Studio Photographer | Vancouver, BC
These two big sisters were beaming with big smiles during this in-home newborn session. Including siblings in a newborn session is so incredibly special, a new baby is a time for the whole family to celebrate.
Extended Family Newborn Session | Photographer in Vancouver, BC
Sukhi’s newborn session with extended family included: grandparents, aunts, and uncles. Adding extended family members to your session is such a unique and special bonding experience for your family, especially coming out of this pandemic. It truly celebrates family being able to over come the many challenges during covid. Being able to simply hold your baby, has gained a whole new meaning and appreciation for all of us.
