It’s been so amazing to be able to capture so many families this winter with in-home sessions (although we still had some great outdoor maternity sessions over the winter!). Moving into Spring, I’m excited for more outdoor sessions at the beach or at a meadow with grassy fields. Yet still, there is something about in-home sessions that I absolutely love and the best part is we can do them all year, for all types of sessions.

Newborn sessions at home are intimate, relaxed, and comfortable. I always find families are more at ease knowing that we come to you with our mobile studio with everything you need - and I mean EVERYTHING! Backgrounds, sets, specialized newborn posing equipment, wraps, headbands, client closet to borrow from, and hair and makeup.

When you’re relaxed and comfortable, your photos are more organic and natural. When you’re in your own home you can easily change and grab items from your own closet so no need to worry you’ve forgotten anything. When you’re at home those intimate shots are in an environment where you feel safe and cozy. When you’re at home, you’re in a space that’s 100% unique to you!
