Vancouver Baby & Family Fair | Vancouver Family, Maternity & Newborn Photographer

I had such a wonderful time as an exhibitor at the Vancouver Family & Baby Fair this past weekend! The event was held at Canada Place and included so many great businesses including West Coast Kids, West Coast Baby, Lil Boop Boop Apparel, Happy Panda Riders, Cusuga Kids, BC Parent Magazine, Baby Ed, Soiled Diapers, Water Baby, and so many others.

This was the first baby or family trade show I’ve been a part of, as in the past I always got too busy and left it until too late to apply for a booth. My wonderful assistant Dani joined me for the Saturday and I’m so glad she did, because we had so many of you to meet and chat with at our booth, and I’m not sure I could have kept up on my own! I was on my own on Sunday, but thankfully had saved up some energy by having Dani’s help the day before. If you didn’t get the chance to chat with us, my apologies, but definitely contact me and we can always chat over the phone if that feels a little more personal than email - I know it does for me!

Our booth featured a couple of larger prints including a canvas, and a display of our highly popular archival fine art prints with white matting and frames - the display looked so clean, classic yet modern, and warm. I hope it helped people feel welcome so they could come and ask all their photography questions. We also had a very special offer available to fair guests, so if you happened to have attended and missed out on this offer, please shoot me an email and let me know which day you were there - I don’t want you to miss out.

Finally, we had a draw to win a mini family photography session at Fraser River Park, and the winner was chosen on Monday - congrats to Vivien Hamilton! I did send you an email, but haven’t heard back, so if you’re reading this and didn’t receive anything from me please let me know.

Thanks again to all of those who attended. In doing so, you’re supporting small local businesses and also accessing a mountain of information relevant to your little ones. I hope you found some information helpful and hope to see you at the next fair! Please comment to let me know if you have a favourite kid/family fair event, as I’m always looking for suggestions on events to exhibit in.
