Natural & Simple Newborn Session | Vancouver, BC

This Kitsilano newborn session at home embodied our simple, minimalist and natural photography style. Not only did this beautiful newborn photoshoot include mom, dad, and baby, but their two cats too! With a mix of sweet, tender, and genuine candid moments captured, as well as naturally posed baby photos, this session was absolutely heartwarming. We loved capturing intimate and even some awake images of this newborn gazing up at mom and dad - and even one connecting with the camera! Adding in close-up detail photos of this newborn’s features … baby’s hands, feet, nose and eyes were the icing on the cake. We always strive to capture a variety of images so you can have a well-rounded gallery of art to choose from and proudly display in your home. Wearing our long sleeve baby doll sweater dress in oatmeal from our client closet, mom felt comfortable, relaxed and matched the aesthetic of their home and session perfectly. Hot tip! If you have pets that you’d like to include in your session, in-home is always best for ease of transport and having treats and toys handy to capture those adorable photos.
