PHOTOGRAPHER
Hi, I’m Kim! I live in South Surrey, BC, with my husband of 11 years and my two little ones. I’ve always been an artistic type with an interest in photography, but it wasn’t until becoming a mom that I became passionate about honouring new parents with a comfortable photography experience, where every fine detail is taken care of from start to finish. I want you to relax and truly enjoy yourself, while I capture you and your family with meaningful art. Art that will remind you every day, through every chaotic and imperfect moment, of this beautiful life you’re living.
REAL WOMEN. REAL STORIES.
As you scroll our page full of beautiful bumps and babies, we want you to know we acknowledge the flip side experienced by many families. Inspired by life’s events and those of real women navigating barriers to support during the pandemic, we have embarked on a passion project to connect through storytelling. Here you will find our multi-published features on real women’s unfiltered stories of pregnancy, parenting, infertility and loss.
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING…
“Kim makes you feel like a superstar, which is what every pregnant and/or new mom needs. Plus, our pictures turned out better than I expected. She surpassed all my expectations. The whole process was very smooth and easy. Kim is an amazing, honest person and I am so glad she was a part of this experience with us.” — Robyn D.
“Kim Forrester’s photographs are without a doubt, true works of art. She not only captures a visual moment of her subjects, but paints with light, colour and bokeh. Most importantly, she gives us a second viewpoint; the loving observers who are not in the frame, but who we know are there. Some say that true art teaches us to perceive in a better, different way. Kim’s photos always do this.” — Chi L.
